How far in advance should I book?

For wedding work, we recommend reaching out 3-6 months before your event. For smaller projects, 4-6 weeks is usually sufficient. Rush service is available for an additional fee, subject to availability.

Do you ship work?

Yes, we ship domestically and internationally. All finished pieces are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Shipping costs are calculated separately based on destination and package size.

Can you match my wedding invitation style?

Absolutely. We work closely with clients to match existing design aesthetics or create something entirely custom. Share your invitation or style references, and we'll create samples for your approval.

Do you offer calligraphy classes?

Yes, we offer both group workshops and private lessons. Group workshops are typically 3-hour introductory sessions covering basic pointed pen technique. Private lessons can be tailored to your specific interests and skill level.

What's your cancellation policy?

For commissioned work, we require a non-refundable deposit to begin. If you need to cancel, the deposit covers initial consultation and planning time. For workshops, cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance receive a full refund.

Do you do corporate work?

Yes, we've worked with restaurants, retailers, and event planners on a variety of projects. Reach out to discuss your needs and we'll provide a custom quote.
